Work Package 7: Evaluation

AlpStore follows the principle of "formative evaluation”. That means that early in the project schedule an evaluation method will be agreed that can assess the progress and impact of the project on the fly. Findings will be immediately reported to the project leader and the local consortia so that corrective actions can be taken. This makes sure that expected results will be achieved in time and that the outcomes of the project are consistent with the overall goals of the Alpine Space programme.
The evaluation process does not only identify formal progress and results. It also collects transferabel content and feeds it into the dissemination activities of WP 8. Since WP 7 evaluation accompanies the work of the partnership from the beginning, it has multiple links to other WPs. Therefore, the WP leaders will closely cooperate.
